1) Are you open on weekends?
We are open on Saturday 11am to 5pm and closed on Sunday as well as public holidays.

2) Are the cupcakes halal?
We do not use pork, lark and alcohol in our cupcakes. Though, we do not have the halal certificate, but our suppliers are all halal certified.

3) Do you have eggless or flourless cupcakes?
Yes, we do have.

4) Is walk-in purchase available?
Yes, we have a cupcake boutique at 26 China Street, Far East Square. Please refer to the "Contact" navigation for more details.

5) Can I customize cupcakes?
Yes you can. The order lead time is 7-14 working days (Monday to Saturday). More complicated customizations may require more time. Please place your order within the stated order lead time otherwise there will be a 20% late order surcharge. Do note that customizations are charge separately.

6) Will there be any discount if I purchase certain amount of cupcakes?
You can opt to purchase our sets, by viewing them through the "Occasions" navigation.

7) Do you do delivery?
Yes we do. The delivery charge ranges from $25 to $50 (depending on location). Please click here to download the delivery fees chart.

8) Is there a minimum order for delivery?
Yes. A minimum purchase of $30 of cupcakes is required to do a delivery.

9) Do you rent cupcake tier?
We rent cupcake tier with purchase of our cupcakes. The tier rental is $25 per tier and it must be return within the next 3 days. From the 4th day onwards, a late return of tier fee will be impose and it is chargeable at $5 per day. There will be an $80 security deposit of the tier (fully refundable once tier is return undamaged). Damage and lost of tier is chargeable at $100.

10) What kind of payment method do you accept?
For walk-in purchase, we accept cash and credit card payment via VISA / MasterCard / America Express (only for purchase of $30 & above). For online purchase, we accept bank transfer (POSB, DBS or OCBC) or credit card payment via VISA / MasterCard / America Express (only for purchase of $30 & above).

11) How do I proceed to make payment for online order?
You can only make payment after a confirmation email is sent to you. For online purchase, we accept bank transfer (POSB, DBS or OCBC) or credit card payment via VISA / MasterCard / America Express (only for purchase of $30 & above).

12) Do you take late orders?
Yes we do, please give us a call for late order and it is subjected to 20% late order surcharge.

13) What is our ordering policy?
Oni Cupcakes reserves the right to refuse any request. If your order is confirmed, we will inform you through the issue of an invoice. When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, and you are an authorized user of the credit card used to place your order.

Cupcake prices shown online excludes delivery charges and customized design charges. 
Please place your order in advance as our minimum usual order lead time is 10-14 working days.

14) What is our cancellation policy?
There is a strict no cancellation policy once order has been made. You may only make changes to the date and time of delivery. Should you need to cancel your order, we will only be able to refund you 50% of your order. Alternatively, we will suggest you to credit and use the amount for a subsequent occasions with no expiry date.
